I installed a WebCam to watch my new chicks. One of our friends was watching it and captured this picture. This chick had jumped up on the water tank and she looks like she's overseeing her flock.

One of our Black Austrolorps we named Blackwing(all the others have some white on their wingtips) does the same thing. She's bound to be the Queen of the flock!
