Losing all her feathers

I have a chicken that has lost so many feathers I see her skin. Is this normal during molting or do you think she is being picked on by the other chickens? Please help I have never seen anything like this!

Sounds like molting, they will look horrible during the process As long as there are no signs of illness it’s probably a molt due to the season change. Is she eating, drinking and pooping normally? Do you have a picture? 2 of mine completed their molt and 1 is going through a hard molt now, poor thing.

She’s definitely molting sometimes they look so sickly, my hens combs get all pale and small but they’re ok
