Losing chickens

I am at a loss. I don't know what is happening to my chickens. I have lost 2 randomly in the last 2 months. The first one i thought i lost to it being too hot, so i put misters in the trampoline enclosure i have. and have been putting ice and watering down the area to keep it cool during the day. but this mourning i lost my naked neck. I got 2 new birds a few days ago that are not yet at laying age. i don't know if that had anything to do with it but i don't see how. i did throw a half eaten muffin in there. there are some mushrooms growing in my yard, i don't know if that could be the cause. I'm just frustrated because i have no idea what is going on. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
