Losing feathers... 3 month old RIR.

HELP! I'm new to chickens..... Does anyone know what this could be? This is a 3 month old Rhode Island Red... I just notice her wing is missing feathers and looks super rough... I have 9 girls all the same age, Coop is 7' x 7' and run is about 600 sqt. I haven't observed any vicious behavior between the chickens. Thoughts? THANKS!
