Losing Feathers on There Bottoms!! HELP

A few of my girls have lost there feathers on there bottoms and the skin is reddish. Unsure what the problem might be!!
They still seem to be eating fine. Anyone have any Ideas?? Please help!!

Molting its the time of the year when they loose their feathers, and they will grow back after few months. Mites are like fleas only very tiny white spots, you can dust powder for mites if you find some ! red is normal on their butts( I can tell you that its not pretty! I like fluffy butts !)

I'm having the same problem and was told that the other chickens may be picking at her.
