losing feathers

my chickens are loseing their feathers, What is causing this and what do I need to do?

A lot of feathers or just a little bit? Are they young? My chicks are 11 weeks and they lose feathers every day, I guess it's like people shedding their hair. If it's a lot it could be molting which is normal.
