Losing feathers

I have several chickens that have been losing alot of feathers, different than molting, they aren't growing back. Their butts and necks are bare for several weeks. We bought something to help with mites although we didn't see any and we keep the coop very clean. One now has an issue with it's cone flopped over, any ideas??

Do you have any roosters? Many hens have floppy combs it just depends on the breed, leghorns are a breed that has very large floppy combs so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.

If the comb flopped over and originally wasn’t flopped,the bird could be sick or stressed.Soundd like something a rooster would do if you have one.Combs no dependent on breed,yes soem breeds often have birds with floppy combs but it depends on he individual.
