Losing feathers

one of my ISA brown hens (1.5 years old) has been dealing with some feather loss problems. she Has been losing feathers in her back, head and chest. She seems very healthy, laying, eating drinking, but has significant feathers loss. I’ve been monitoring her and checking for mites but nothing seems to be helping. This has been going on for about 8 months now. Does anyone know any info that could help me?

Looks like over grooming from one of her flock mates that has escalated to feather pecking/plucking
