I think it is molt. Generally if you are looking, you will see bugs if they are there. This is the time of year they molt.
If your birds are active, eating and laying, they are healthy. Not to worry. She will look like a whole new bird in a while with fresh shinny feathers.
Now if mine would just lay something!
