losing her feathers everywhere.....any clue?

I have 15 hens, 6 legerns, 3 rir, 3 gold sexlink, 3 barred rock -
unfortunately one of the smallest legerns has been picked on by the rest of the girls but we have secluded her in her own cage. My question... she is still losing feathers everywhere, her neck is 90% visible. SHe's eating well, getting fresh water and all. Any suggestions?

I am learning towards the fact she might be molting. However have you checked for lice/mites?

I'll check for lice.....molting was my first thought because it looks like new feathers are coming out but she has only 1 tail feather left since being put in her own cage. She's not even laying eggs like the rest. If she is molting....any suggestions on how to keep the others from pecking at her..?

You can put a chicken saddle on her.
