Losing plumage in large patches

Hope you all can comment & suggest remedies for a hen (1 of 6) losing plumage - doesnt appear to be moulting. Large patches from many places are lost or just with stubbed feathers remaining. There is also some flaking of the skin left under the perch in the morning.

Check for parasites. She may be pecking at herself. Are the other birds picking on her?
