Loss of feathers from vent to belly!

I have a 7 mo. old silver laced wyandotte that about 2 days ago I noticed all the feathers are gone from her vent to her belly. There are also a couple of red streaks that almost look bloody. I have 4 other hens and they all seem fine. These are my first chickens and my first cold michigan winter with them. Help!

Have you checked them for mites or lice?
Any other symptoms?

Is she broody? Some hens really lose the feathers on their belly when they are broody....this will grow back.
