Loss of neck feathers - possible molting? See photos

Our 9-month old Welsummer has a bare patch on the back of her neck. It looks like she may be molting but I wanted to check and see what you all thought. Her comb is also looking a bit more dull, and we haven't been getting any eggs from her the past few days. The other five hens went through a molt with low egg production about a month ago. What do you think?

Yes, I'm pretty sure she's molting. You can see the new feathers coming in. I don't know about her comb, though. Maybe it's a molting thing?

Usually when they molt and stop laying, their combs do shrink a bit and dull in color!
