Lost 3 chickens in 3 days, the rest are ill and soon to fallow

They are all around 18 months. I was planning on thinning them out with new but not this way or this soon. The mucus with blood could be from both, but I'm sure it is coming from vent. There are no signs of respiratory issues.  Noticed this morning there stool is starting to come back, but not on all of them.

Well, if you feel it is something they ingested, you could do an epsom salt flush on them. You would need to tube that into them. It would flush toxins out of there system. Search epsom salt flush and tubing for instructions. I think this link has the dosage directions.

Also, it could be an e coli infection. Read this, it mentions blood and mucous:

So, if the necropsy doesn't reveal any answers, you might try those options if the droppings are still abnormal or you are still losing birds.

I've lost two in the past two nights, no signs, no symptoms. Brilliant red combs. I was afraid they ate on the tulip leaves, but I have a lot of property and yard, it doesn't make sense. They ranged this same yard all last year as growing birds. I ruled out bird flu, no symptoms. I feel for you. I'm afraid to find another tomorrow morning. Mine are all vaccinated, all de-wormed two months ago. Recently treated last month for nf mites. I hope you get answers because I've got nada.
