Lost a hen-not sure why?

Found a dead hen this morning, she was fine last night whne I fed and watered, no symptoms. She was about 2, no signs of injury or disease- just laying on the floor of the coop. Can they fall out of layer box? It is about 3 feet of the ground. Any ideas?

I have no idea what could have caused her to die, but I hope all your other hens are OK

Sometimes animals just drop dead for no apparent reason. People too, really. Their hearts just stop. I think it's just one of those mysteries of life...
