Lost air cell, but still movement

my incubating duck eggs are day 24 and I just placed them into lockdown a day early due to the fact I have one egg that has lost its air cell. 12 hrs ago at last candling it was fine, no internal pip yet either. Today I noticed it seemed off color so I checked it again and now its air cell is gone, still have veins and movement though, what do I do?
