WHY put apple cider vinager in the water? plz explain

Many people add ACV to keep algae (spelling?) from forming. My husband says it's also good for digestion, but I don't know if he read that here.

ACV is an acidifier which helps in calcium absorption and lowers gut PH to help with bacterial issues.

If you want to see all the benifits of ACV goggle it,its great for us as well as animals.Make sure you use the ACV with the mother in it.Its also good for worms my chickens have never had worms that I know about.I allways put 1 tabl. to one gallon of water

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider vinegar is rich in the vitamins, minerals and trace elements found in apples, especially potassium. It will normalize pH levels in the stomach, improve digestion and the assimilation of nutrients.

Add 1/8-1/4 of a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to every 4 fl ozs of water, or 1/8-1/4 cup per gallon of water.

Can this be the Apple Cider Vinegar you can buy in the grocery, or the Organic type?

You want the type with the "Mother" in it. You can find it in some grocery stores. It's usually in health food stores or places like Whole Foods. Organic & Unfiltered.
