I agree and if you cannot find other Geese around raise it until it is old enough to fend for itself and in the meantime try to look around while you are driving and if you see geese than you know where to take him/her. Good luck
I’d call local wildlife authorities they can tell you where to take the little one so eventually it can be released back into the wild no telling how many baby ducks and goslings get left behind every year .

You did the right thing by saving it just know it's necessary to hand it over to someone trained in rescue and rehabbing to get the gosling successfully back where it belong when old enough.
