Lost cause eggs?

Was pulling through just fine until about an hour ago… sadly the baby passed away

When I opened up to inspect the yolk afterwards it was just about absorbed but not all the way… not exactly sure what the culprit was. I’m sad but appreciate everyone’s support and advice today
