Lost Chick? Day 16

Today is day 16 of incubation and I pulled my 3 eggs out for inspection. This one is normally my most easily seen and active one but I war very worried after seeing this. The other two are dark, thick shells and I normally cannot see through enough to watch any movement but they do have air savs and development as far as I can see. Did I lose the chick? Is that a blood ring? It was moving like crazy yesterday, but today I can only see a black blob on the one side where I suspect the chick is lying, and the redish stuff on the other side. When I move the egg, everything within moves too. Help!

Did this one hatch?!!!! I have an egg that looks very similar. It's a green egg so I can't see well through it at all and it changed dramatically overnight. I'm trying to figure out if it's a blood ring or a blood island. Please say yes this baby hatched!!! lol
