Lost feathers

I have a hens who’s neck is missing feathers I thought she was molting but it’s been to long now I have another starting they seem fine eating etc

It looks like some feather picking by another chicken to me. You can try applying a thin coat of pine tar, sold in the horse supplies in feed stores, to the skin to help discourage pecking.
 
I have a hen with that type of feather loss on her back. She now has a messy looking bottom but does not appear to be sick. She is active and eating fine. Any other ideas of what it could be.

I would clean up the messy bottom, to make sure there is no prolapsed vent or any pecking damage. Roosters may cause feather loss from breeding on the lower back and on the back of the neck. Look at how much room your chickens have, and if they are getting a minimum of 16% protein.
 
Mits I buy a poultry protector that I spray on the area and sprinkle the powder all over the coop
