I have a hens who’s neck is missing feathers I thought she was molting but it’s been to long now I have another starting they seem fine eating etc

I would clean up the messy bottom, to make sure there is no prolapsed vent or any pecking damage. Roosters may cause feather loss from breeding on the lower back and on the back of the neck. Look at how much room your chickens have, and if they are getting a minimum of 16% protein.I have a hen with that type of feather loss on her back. She now has a messy looking bottom but does not appear to be sick. She is active and eating fine. Any other ideas of what it could be.
