you have a DOG in your neighborhood. id find the owner and find out what the deal is. the only critter that i can think of. (i'v had thousands of chickens die from predators.) dogs kill for sport. they like the game the chickens give them. catch me if u can. and they can and do. just to kill. it's sad. mans best friend doesnt always do the best thing. not the dogs fault. the owners.
