Lost my first Chick, missing her head

Came out this morning to find some of the girls on the back porch and in the trees. I thought they must of found another way out. Sadly something found its way into the coop. I found one of the girls stuck behing the house and our shop, this must of saved her. Poor Lacy was found at the edge of the back yard with her head missing. I heard a hawk making a ton of noise while I was back there but I have no idea.

Maybe they got out and the hawk got Lacy? Maybe something got in and the rest escaped??

After work there will be major repairs that I've I haven't had time to do.
