Missing large flock

It's weird. We can terminate varmints, but not move 'em.

It's for the same reason you're not allowed to pick up trash on your property and dump it onto mine. I wind up having to shoot a lot of animals people "humanely moved" rather than shooting themselves. What's weird is I'm not allowed to charge those people for my time and bullets.

Agreed! Despite what many people think, moving a predator is NOT the "humane" way to handle the problem. It's a death sentence for the critter! They're now in strange (occupied) territory with no knowledge of predators, shelter or food sources. If a predator needs to be trapped and no one can "do the deed," drop the trap off with animal control and let them handle it.
