So sorry about the chickens! My friends had 2 massacres by dogs: the first one only one chicken out of their 20-so survived, and the second one my ducks, which are staying there temporarily, thankfully survived but got traumatized, limps, and stopped laying. I hope you feel better and successfully inform the neighbors!

Any dog that kills chickens is a cull. They either need to be fenced and watched forever, or put down.

I'm so sorry that not fair at all to you that someone else cannot control their pets. Poor babies, I hate how defenseless these guts are, maybe get a guard Goose for next time, when full grown they can be just as aggressive as a dog.
