Lost our beautiful girl. Help?

Coop is insulated and has ventilation. It doesn't hurt to use heat lamps if you know what you're doing. As I said; Everybody around us who owns chickens use heat lamps and those people have owned chickens for 20+ years.

I know a lot of people don't like to use heat lamps, but it's a preference. There is no wrong or right in choosing to use them. Well; unless you install it wrong and it starts a fire.
@Hollysaurus I am sorry that at a time like this, people are talking to you about their heat preferences, or what you feed your flock. You are doing just fine. Many here use heat, and many use air conditioning.

I don't believe heat or no heat, worms or liver hemorrhagic disease killed your sweet baby. You are feeding and caring for them very well. Here is what I would do so that you can get some answers: Order some tests from RAL for one of your flock members. DNA tests only require a swab. The link is here. https://www.vetdna.com/application/forms/chickenfowlsubmittalform.pdf . I am happy to help you narrow down tests based on symptoms to order if you want to PM me.

Thank you, I was rather confused why people are so concerned over heat sources. It's a preference and all depends where abouts you live in the world as some places get too cold; no matter the insulated coop / ventilation. Some places just require to use them during winter. Many different heat sources, you just need to install them correctly.

I appreciate this. <3

I agree, I am doubting worms. @Hollysaurus, was she a white egg layer?
Trying to think what else it could be when it wasn't just her by the looks of it now.

Our Silver Laced Wyandotte and Light Brahma now have a purple comb, they have lost a lot of weight but they're eating a lot. Poops are runny and green'ish. They are molting so no egg production too.

Not egg bound, No sour crop, no struggling to breathe. It's very odd.

I'm am praying it isn't Mereks. I can't see what else it could be, it's so random, they're very well cared for.

They are worried about it because they want to help you understand certain things, personally I only use a heat lamp in winter when I have baby chicks, and it’s in the outside run above a perch that the babies sleep on at night because I learned that chickens will be fine in -20 as long as they have a draft and moisture free shelter, so my adults just ride it out and I’ve never lost one to cold. Personally I would check for mites and respiratory problems because purple comb means lack of oxygen a lot of your chickens symptoms do have to do with molting so dont immediately assume something. Another cause could be fatty liver disease I wouldn’t give as many treats as you give and make treats a twice a month thing and avoid fatty foods
