Are the chickens safe tonite?

Hoping they are! We reinforced the top where we think raccoon & possum were getting in. We also fixed corners and put ammonia further away around the perimeter of property.

I have an idea, that I am about to put in place. I am going to dig up and place a section of field fence on each side of my run, to prevent predators from digging in. Does anyone have any ideas on that.

How big are the holes in this field fence?

And, ummm.... what happened with the coon and possum you already caught raiding the coop? Do you anticipate more trouble from them or has the situation been neutralized?
