lost toenail

Yesterday evening one of my hens (1 year old), we noticed had a toenail ripped off. She was bleeding a little. I rinsed the injury, and applied neosporin, and bandaged it up. I'm keeping her in a rubbermaid tub on the deck, undercover of the house.

Any other suggestions on how to treat this injury?
