LOTS of chickens! Hens Roosters Chicks Groups! ALL BREEDS! TX

I am new to backyard chickens and am wanting to start a small group for laying. We live in Midlothian.
Are these breeds good for consumable egg laying or more for breedign and showing? I know the leghorn is a good layer. Let me know. I am interested in around 4 laying hens. I will pick up.
