Lots of chicks not piping or hatching

Ok you don't want your temp to be at 40 degrees because that is the death temp for them which in my country is 104 so I keep mine below 102 all the time
 
After they pip the yolk will absorb into there stomach and if you assist hatch it won't and they won't make it
You just gotta let nature take it's coarse
 
Yes, thankyou so much for all of the help, I will keep you posted and probably keep asking questions, do you reckon I should leave them for 2-3 more days?
 
I'm going to do a hatch along starting March 1st I'll let you know when I put the thread up
