loud chicken

my girl starts at 430 am ....loud!!! so I let her out and she starts again the only way she is quiet if I sit with her outside at 430 am I am losing my mind....she does this al day I have tried everything needless to say the neighbors are mad....HELP

What is she doing that is loud - is it a lot of clucking/calling or does it sound like crowing? How old is this chicken and is it the only one you have?
Chickens are flock animals - just from your description above it sounds like a distress/"I'm alone - where's my flock" call, especially since she quiets when you are present with her.
