My Hughesnet is being awful. It only wants to let FB work right now.

Anyone interested in making a closed/secret La-yers FB group?

No one outside of the group would be able to see who's in it or what we post - so we can add only people we trust. We could also share things that BYC might frown upon (like those elf-on-the shelfs that couldn't be shown) and know who each other are better so we can find each other at events or when we pass like ships in the night without knowing.

I would totally be up for a private FB group.

1 Yes I would clean the coop It would be a good time before you get chicks. Bleach and water should kill anything that might be in there.The point of a coop is saftey and shelter from weather. I would put roofing over the chicken wire.
2 You will find what you want here if not here your local feed & seed.
3 I have seen snakes in my yard from time to time. I never had any in my coop. I don't have them in my yard now that my dogs are grown.

I haven't seen snakes either, but I never put my hand into anything, especially nesting boxes without shining a flashlight in first. JS

How could you forget the meaties? Little fuzzy-butts underfoot in your house!

Chicken math has ranged for me from 4 up to 40+ at times. And here’s hatching season right around the corner…..

I have a confession, well, okay, I have two confessions. 1. The soap I got from Lemon to give as Christmas gifts, I kept it for myself and have no regrets. Hehe. 2. I am yearning for a donkey so badly I can picture it and I already named him Pedro.

Somebody please help me. I have fallen down that slippery slope and I can't get up.
