"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Dh had an aluminum boat, he added a wooden deck over the front bench seat all across the front, then placed hole that a fishing chair is placed on when we get in the water.... Then another chair hole for my chair ON the back bench.... ya know the kind, chairs at Academy with the spiky thing on the bottom you place in the hole, then extract when driving back home?! Anyway, he stands on the front deck, i prefer sitting. Then he found a boat motor that IS a lawn mower engine!!! So it doesn't go fast, only 5, but we can make it in all the marshes and over lil dirt hills separating sections of the marsh n stuff... it ain't fancy by any means but it's COOL!!!!
Sounds neat. Husband and BIL found a boat they might like. Having it's engine checked out today. We'll see what happens.

Don't take them outside to shake them out! Your chickens will think your tossing em a treat!!! oR, WOULD IT BE OKAY TO DIGEST????
Our barn is pretty far from the house. The chickens don't come up to the house. I don't know for certain, but I woudn't think small bits of kleenex would hurt them? I'm sure someone knows.

I don't get across the lake to Whole Foods often enough.  Usually I go to Fresh Market.  After that lovely meat picture the other day, it's time to talk to my husband about getting a cow.  I can't afford to buy all our meat at Fresh Market.

Yes I know I spend a small fortune. If you do can I pay for one and the feed CSA or something? Pam

I have found a tea at Fresh Market (I'm sure Whole Foods and other stores carry it, even seen it on Amazon) it's called Paromi. There are many different flavors. My current favorite for during the day is Coconut Almond. Nighttime favorites (if not having a glass of wine) is the Lavender or the Sleepy Time. It's a little pricey, but I use the tea bags twice, and I save the glass container they come in. Just an FYI...It seems this winter that since I'm outside so much, I've been drinking a lot of hot tea.

I'll keep you posted. ME wanting a cow could push him over the edge, especially since years ago we had a couple and I complained about them. When it came time to separate the mamas from the babies the d*mn cows called to each other day and night for a week!! They were right outside our house. I was ready to shoot them!

I have NO clue how to make it, I DO KNOW that I will use google and Pinterest to death trying to figure it out though!  His son says it costs pennies to make a whole thing of it though...  so I am excited to try...we live out in the sticks, and I dont drive so whatever we need I try to make do or make it myself...I STILL have not figured out a way to make bread...well, make it good anyway.  So pasta makes me nervous....  im just a clutzy type....

It's easier then bread. As long as you have the attachment to roll it and cut. It's flower water an eggs. When I make bread I put it in the bread machine on dough cycle. Then I shape and rise then bake in oven. I don't like the way a bread maker bakes the loaf. Pam
