Wow, y'all have been really chatty the last couple of days. Had a really busy weekend so I wasn't able to even get on the computer to read anything. Unfortunately, my coop is having to be put off for a little while.

But I am still keeping my fingers crossed. I've been looking for pallets and scraps everywhere, but haven't found anything yet.

Mike, I envy your setup. But even if I could manage something like that I don't have the room. Oh well, makes for nice dreams.

Julie, those pics of the babies were so cute. Thank heavens you found them in time to save them.
Also, Love the bench/table. Made DH come in to see the pics of them. That's what I need here for when I put the kids out to eat their watermelon. would probably do good for the crawfish too.

Twiley, those pics are definitely enabling pics. I just don't know that I will be able to have any until my dogs are gone. I just can't get rid of them just to replace them with birds.

what size egg do your blue laced wyandottes give you ? I wish one of ya'll was at least coming to Alex , so I could buy some Buf's from you . I think you had some for sale ?

Hey all.
Just checking in right quick and then back to the grindstone.
We have been slaving away in the garder again. Our other corn patch decided it
was time for it to be harvested and since last Thursday we have put up
2100 ears of corn. Still doing pickles,tomatoes,snap beans and tomatoes/okra.
The butterbeans and peas are loaded down and it looks like sometime around this weekend we
will be starting on those.
Will check in later.
