Maybe try putting a bandaid splint on it to keep both legs in an upright position.
Like the hobble they use for straddle leg

Oh goodie! thanks for sharing that! Now I know I don't have a chicken math problem, either!![]()
Edit to add: I was just talking to my friend in NYC & mentioned I am once again developing a fairly bad hatching addiction problem & she said "it's just middle-of-the-winter-have-to-find-something-to-do" syndrome. OK I'll take that excuse!

Were the ones you had from Ideal as heavy as they say in the link from the conservancy? They sure are interesting looking.
She hasn't had these but wants them. I saw a auction for then apparently they are a rare breed. The auction was for 6 eggs the bid was 45.00. Pam
Kind of looks like its putting weight on the left foot, but not the right. Right? And maybe something is off with the right leg or hip. I've read of people putting chicks like that in a small tea cup that will keep it in an upright position. Maybe someone else can give you more advice. That is what I would do for a day. Get it into more of a supported correct position and see if nature takes over with strengthening muscles.
A teacup is a great idea! It's pretty mobile, but I'd rather it not be disabled. I saw this, but I'll try the teacup first:
