Only four didnt fit but here he is now, thinking out how he could get another bator!
Wow, you are a hatching machine! Do yall get your eggs from your own chickens or mailorder or local?

Look for used ones. I think Turks was used she got an excellent deal.

It was :) and i did, half of retail price... And theres others on craigslist now, but you should research the type before you buy it. Personally i wojnt ever use another LG if i can help it... The LG 9300 fried an entire clutch of my ducky eggs :hit

Lol! If i had been able to Keep my first two hatchs, then i wouldnt contine hatching, But alas, i have been very blessed, and sold quite a few. Still, this is intended to be my last hatch this year...

Maybe ;)

But i Want More Duckys! I had lreviously intended to grow out those pekin cross ducks for our own consumption... I would be very pleased if i could find some pure pekin or jumbo pekin eggs... Or mandarin ducks, i would die for a pair of mandarins... One day, one day...

The last set was 1/2 my own and 1/2 from Ms Pam. This clutch is Entirly from Lakones. I will hatch anything that i feel like i can trust is healthy, and IMO, you, my fellow BYCers, have got the highest standards...

Hey i totally understand! I didnt think i would ever have one either, but i found mine on craigslist. I did intend to have hubby build one, before i found that one. The way chicken math has kicked in, it looks like he still might ;) The extra roos Are hard to deal with, for alot of people, and learning incubation isnt easy either! I book learned how to process poultry, as part of my raising chickens. Ive proccessed 7 of the extra roos that i raised, so far ;)

But hey: your in Nursing school? Thats tough! You can play with chicks an incubatin after you finish getting your awesome carreer is on track!
Yes it is tough! But...there is always summer break!!!
I've been checking Craigslist and eBay but I haven't found anything yet.

you got a great deal. I bought the advanced octicgon 20 and love it. I wished I looked for a used one and got the 40. But I'm still happy with what I have.Jeffers livestock has one on sale. Not Briunsea but it's cheep. Pam

Waiting for a test? I got my test results the day they were tested. It did take a while to get the certificate. Pam

Yes the pullirum was same day, They have a few extra test at an additional expense they could run, out of curiosity I am running them! I'm curious! Do to ask me to spell them I'd look like an idiot! I'll try to find the spelling for them and post it !

As just a dedicated hatcher i think it would be spot on. On the other hand it wouldnt be very easy to clean, and theres no way to do anything other than manually turn.

This is the runner up... Cheep ;) includes a turner, pretty easily cleaned entirly to sterile...

Theres also quite a few good cabniet bators out there. Im really only dreaming...

I made a short video of my flock the other day.

Get a good look at those guineas, Cody! At the end of the video they're all bunched around their "mama." She adopted them when I let them out for the first time.
