I need help my rooster has wattles that look to be filled with water and he seems really lethargic not his normal fiesty self what do I need to do

Went to the vet she said it was an infection due to a scratch they drained it and gave us some meds 1 week in the house and about a month quarantine away from the flock

Lagertha is broody again and she is FIERCE. I've never had a chicken attack me like that. I'm going to have to move her, so the kids don't get hurt.
