Thanks Terri for throwing a hankerin' on me, yeah I like breakfast for supper. didn't have any ham but had bacon, I had me 3 banty eggs over med. (they're the best ones cause they hop the fence all time and get more goodies than the other layers do, they get mostly layer pellets and very little outside treats like bugs and stuff), 4 slices of bacon cut into, two slices of buttered toast (not margerine, yuck), and a big glass of chocolate milk, then for a snack I took one of the toast and smeared it down with apple jelly and put 3 of the bacon slices over it open faced and downed it with the rest of the chocolate milk, mummmummm I'm stuffed, good for nuttin' now.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone survived the night. Went out this morning to open the coops. Very windy outside but no rain which is good. The chicken yard is a mess. I took some pics and will post as soon as I can download all of them.

Hope all is well.

Here are a few pics of what the chicken yard looks like after all of the rain . It is a MESS out there. I also took some pics of some of the runs that have sand so that you can see the difference. I was curious as to what kind of sand was in the sand bags that I got and how would it work in the runs, so I opened the sand bags and poured that sand in the runs. The guinea pen was in desparate need of sand. The last hard rain we got, I was up until midnight giving each one of them a bath because they were so muddy.
