I had one lay at 7:30 last night, wouldn't let anyone in the coop until she was done. May just be late today, you'll see tomorrow.

Not broody. Just a late egg. 7:30??? Wow! Mine are always done by about 3:00. But not anymore lol

Sounds like she had a late start.

I had some old gas that got trash in it I noticed when we were filling them up so I poured it over the piles I saw. I tried cornstarch with no luck, I also heard club soda with kill them..

I will try club soda. I'm desperate, I will try anything . I thought about burning them but my psychiatrist ordered me to stay away from fire ever since that last thing that happened. LOL. (just joking ya'll). I like fire too much. LOL

Or, i need more plywood for the storm. Besides, there are some super knowledgeable people here that are generous with their knowledge.

Ok, off topic...but she COOKS chicken

... Anybody ever check out www.thepioneerwoman.com ? I get her free daily email also. She always has great, easy recipes that will feed a crowd. Her recipe today looked REALLY good! It was a quick, homemade chicken pot pie that seems really easy. Thought I'd pass it along.
