Haha. Sometimes I go to put 10' boards in and anyone with me says,"you can't fit this in that little car." " you obviously do not know me and my Priss (Amanda went with me car shopping for my Prius. She was about 4 years old and called it a Priss. Lol. On Saturday morning I would say "Amanda, you want to go kick tires today?" She would say yes and when we would get to a dealer she would take out her car seat and drag it behind her by the straps and kick all the tires. Haha. We had such a good time. ). Anyway, I got very off subject. I honestly believe I can move anything in that car. Lol

Bad news: .... She has pig lice!!!!!! She has been inside and not around my birds... can chickens get pig lice?!

Bad news: .... She has pig lice!!!!!! She has been inside and not around my birds... can chickens get pig lice?!

My granddaughter will DEFINATELY NOT see these fotos. She had been asking for a pig and that pig is too cute!!! Glad she is home. Sorry about the lice.

She is so cute! Pig lice...never heard of it...I'm sorry you are getting to experience it.

What are your options in treatment? I know when the kids start back to school I always have them use tea tree oil shampoo. But pigs are completely out of my realm. Good luck!

Look what someone threw out on the side of the road. My Prius and I can haul anything. Lol. I'm going to build the Taj Mahal of chicken shelters. I can't wait. (This is super heavy wood with trim and it's already primed for me!!!!)

What a great find! Take lots of pictures of the project you end up using them in. I usually only find a nail in my tire on the side of the road.

I'm new to pigs and of all the problems I expected, pig lice wasn't one of them! Thank goodness they don't infest people. They aren't the same as the ones we get. I still had nightmares about lice anyways.

To be extra safe I treated it like we could get it and sprayed everything the pig was around and used preventative shampoo on all of us. "lice" is a four letter word I don't play around with! It's normally treated with Ivomec. Hopefully they should be GONE GONE GONE!!!!

She its SO cute!! That pink nose is just adorable! I have nightmares about lice too......my hair is so long it would not be fun to treat if we got it!

I think anyone with kids...the word LICE brings a cold chill, followed by a FULL body shiver!!!! I dread each year when the letter comes home informing all that cases of head lice have been found.

Don't let us find any!!! So far, knock on wood, we've dodged them.

That's why I start early with the tea tree oil shampoo as a preventative.

VERY glad to hear that pig lice is different for humans.

I would only wish lice on my worst enemy!!
