My friends say my "sensor" is broken, so perhaps arming me with a weapon is NOT the thing to do.

My friends also tell me that I'm not old enough yet to freely "tell it like it is" and I need to fix my "sensor". But I could sure have fun with a taser!!!

The PA at my kids Dr office tools me she has a knuckle taser for when she goes running! Now that sounds like a fun taser!

Does anyone know anything about "cream legbars"?  I think I want some...  

I know they lay blue eggs. The Roos are handsome creatures. I want some too. They are considered a rare breed. Someone on the la-layers has some or knows where to get them. I asked a few months ago but I never heard back after hearing they were hatching a few eggs. I guess they didn't have as many hatch as they were hoping.

Their is a dirt cheap in picayune ms. Hudson's treasure hunt closed in picayune . They still have one in Gulfport it's a ride from st Tammany but I find more verity of murchendise . The price drops every week or so when they think they can't move it they send it to dirt cheap. P

Julie, you would LOVE it!!!! You can spend hours in one digging for the treasures. It's hit or miss, but so much fun. You can also "negotiate" if something is missing a piece or part...it's great! I don't have time to go very often, but boy is it fun!!




The Dirt Cheap I know of is in Franklinton. It's hit or miss, but when you hit, it's BIG!! I've gotten Lands End men's shirts for $2.50 and I got my Lands End fleece jacket for $5.00. I've also found some great "kitchen stuff" (pots, dishes, etc) for a couple of dollars. When I go into a Dirt Cheap, I'm looking for the "expensive brands" whether it's clothing, cookware, or small appliances. Good quality stuff, that I would never pay anywhere near full price for!!

Going to a Dirt Cheap can be an interesting experience...you just have to "prepare" yourself.

I used to get drug to every thrift store, and junk store in NE Ohio with my mom before I moved here, so I thought I was prepared. One of my daughter's friends was all the time buying really nice dresses from the Dirt Cheap in Bogalusa so of course I HAD to go look at the urging of my teenager. It really must just be the store, or it was a really bad day because she didn't even want to look at the clothes when we found them: She was as ready to go as I was.
Maybe we'll drive over to Franklinton and have a look at that one. I have always liked shopping in Franklinton and am fairly sure they have a bit different clientele than the local one.
