Now I'm thinking about the Black Friday sales this year. I didn't get a chance to score the fire pits last year because I was loading up on gel pillows and down comforters, so I want to makes ure that I get my fire pit this year. I may have to recruit someone to help me because I want to get more comforters this year. I will start my list so that I can refer back to it.

I just can't resist the Black Friday fights, oops, I mean sales.

Yesterday, I mentioned to foreverlearning about a "crack pipe". Wellllllll......today I talked to a person who must make the pipes, grow/make the "crack", partake of it themselves, and maybe eat it too????? This person was trying to "sell" me on their "custom cabinets", and her "sell" was that they were doing a house in Thibidoux that was the largest one being built in Louisiana, and that they had spent....wait for it....are you ready?....over $200,000. on bathroom vanity cabinets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, no typo....over two hundred thousand dollars on bathroom vanity cabinets!!!! She saw this as a "selling point"??!!?? I called my husband and told him he might want to direct our homeowners AWAY from that shop (Our homeowners had gone there on their own and wanted us to talk to them)!!!!!!!! I told him that they (if you're under 18 cover your eyes) would provide a tube of "jelly" when they billed you.

This person was name dropping like crazy! I wanted to tell her she was wasting her time telling me all these names, because I had chickens...I'm just a poor country redneck!!!!

Now that would have been a GOOD You Tube video watching and listening to her tell you that story.. IT does sound like she is has some

I have never made banana wine before. It will be my first time making it. I"m not sure about this but I have to tyry it anyway.

Quick hi from me! Crazy busy at work today – when I say crazy, I mean it must be a full moon because we have had some real loony-tunes today. One of them actually kinda scary. I know my BP is up because the back of my head feels like somebody caught me with a 2x4!

I’m taking my beloved Winnie in to the vet tomorrow for a teeth cleaning, so if ya’ll can spare a thought or little prayer it would be greatly appreciated & reciprocated. She’s 9 now & I hate to put her under anesthesia because she’s sensitive to it, but we’ve been fighting a gum infection for 2 weeks now & it’s not much better so we have to get those teeth cleaned good. Mind you, I brush their teeth & put stuff in their water to prevent tarter, but her saliva is just the kind that she gets buildups & gum infections. Her brother Mal never has any problems with his teeth. 4-5 years ago I had to do this & they ended up pulling 2 teeth because they were loose they were so bad, but I don’t think they’ll have to do that this time. I just want to get this over with & my little porcelain doll back home. I’ll be a wreck tomorrow. Yeah I know – over-reacting – but that’s the way I am with my furkids.

Anyone else ever adventure off into the Krazy Black Friday sales? Am I the only nut?

I try to stay as far away as possible because of the craziness! In fact, I usually go shopping on weekdays between 2-3am to avoid people. This year meat is getting low in the freezer as I didn't go hunting and I am still kicking myself for missing the meat sale last year! Didn't know anyone started on Thursday, may have to check it out.
