KUNTRYGIRL: I'm 67, trying to learn NOT to be open and total lay honest with my sister. I get in trouble every time. I have chosen not to say anything if I can, or as little as I can. As for saying what is on your mind, when my dad died the morning dater the funeral we had to gather for the well. My dad was well loved. His funeral last almost 5 hours, at 2 hours we had an intermission. It was so long because they had to set up speakers out side for those that could not get in. There were a few people that flow in from England and other country's. At the reading of the Well, I got up and told the layers that it was in incredibly bad tast to have the reading when we are marooning our loss so deeply. My entire family told me thank you for saying what we were feeling, and they knew I would speak up. Usually they hold their breath in fear.

BUGGLESMOMMY: I'm an Artiest, I never get insulted or upset from anyone's comments of my work. I had an art teacher telling me what was wrong with my sculpture I was working on, I picked it up and handed it to him. "It is my expression, if you want it to be yours, You do it." I got an A- in his class, I found out the highest grade he gives is a B. I wanted to learn technique, color, proportions, perspective, and a number of other things to instructional is important in art. If I succeed or not is up to my. Saying that, I always lesson, they just might be right.

I can no longer have a lot of animals, I always think before expanding my family. I make a commitment to take care of them. As much as I want another dog, I just can't. I have a little one now. There was a time I could care for more. I hope I will be able again someday.

Sorry to hear about your father. Did I understand you correctly when you said they read THE WILL??????? REALLY?? That was in VERY bad taste. So sorry to hear that. How could they do that without the family's approval? So glad that you stood up and said something. I can't hold my tongue about things. It affects my blood pressure. I can't have high blood pressure because I didn't want to say what was on my mind.

Ok smartie, I was typing on an ipad.  I was sitting in front of a fire, balancing a glass of wine and a bowl of popcorn.  My wants and needs are simple.  Beer is only good with crawfish and on a hot day after cutting grass.  Leave it to you to find the typo.

What I really want is some type of spicy stew with meat, onions, celery, mushrooms all over rice. My father makes it every Christmas Eve. It's nice and spicy! It's official name: wild boar hog stew. Except this year, might make it with a deer roast I have. Thanks Julie...now I'm HUNGRY!!!!

Crawfish is not a food it is a tease! You eat and eat and eat and never get full, then when you think you have gotten close your fingers are cracked open and stinging...hence the beer.

First of all with still air you will need to keep a higher temp. to compensate for heat layers. Aim for 101.5 or so. Second, make absolutely sure your thermometer is correct, especially if it came with the incubator. Make sure it is in a draft-free area and watch it well at first to see how outside temps. effect it especially with this crazy fluctuating La weather.

My first incubator was a Hovnabator 1602N still air. Buggles is right on w/her advice. Main thing I found is that with Styrofoam bators you have to watch your humidity levels – every time you raise the lid to turn your eggs, it affects your temps & humidity – get a thermometer/hygrometer (Walmart, Lowes, wherever) and also look in the kids’ toy section for a “water wiggler” – I found them in Walmart’s party section – they are a party favor toy - & insert one probe of the hygrometer/thermometer into that – it will mimic the inside of the egg & give you a more accurate reading. I hatched all of my original flock in the Hova & still have it to use as a hatcher. My current bator, which I love is a Brinsea Octagon Eco – LOVE it – keeps temps & humidity dead on!

Golly ya’ll been a busy lot! I think I’m 10 pages or so behind in reading!

The guineas have been quiet – maybe they know I’m watching them so on their best behavior.

I just ordered a new timeclock – found one that can be set to round off the time and total the cards – whoo-hooo! That’ll save me some time and effort! With 50 employees in our department, I’ll always have somebody who forgot to clock in or out, but for the majority I won’t have to manually calculate time at all!

BTW, I’m the other Scorpio and Happy Birthday to all you December folks!
