I've eaten it and it is really good, but have never made it. It also has a better texture for curry or chinese dishes.

We do. I find the taste to be more refined and delicate. We got some that was grown here in Louisiana recently. It came in our CSA box from Inglewood Organic Farms. Very good stuff!
Love it! My favorite. It's our "go to" rice.Does anyone eat Jasmine Rice?![]()
Very easy to cook. I usually buy the Mahatma brand of Jasmin rice. It's basically idiot proof...which is why I use it!I've eaten it and it is really good, but have never made it. It also has a better texture for curry or chinese dishes.
YUM!! I had some leftover rotisserie chicken, so I made a chicken vegetable soup. It turned out great! Hot bowl of soup after being outside in the cold. Beautiful day out too! That's what I'm having for lunch today with grilled salmon seasoned with lots of garlic and onion powder.![]()
