I do everything on my mobile and I just can't seem to cut and paste. I can sometimes (emphasis on "sometimes") highlight a word or sentence, but if I wanted to cut a paragraph or two, I'm completely unable. It just moves around on me. Same for FB. I sometimes want to cut and paste, can't even do a word.

I know that question is for CackedNut but I wanted to chime in. I once had my lamb meat ground up and mixed with pork ( I think) and it was not good. The butcher explained something about the ground lamb having to be mixed with something else (another meat) and I told him ok. I will never do that again. I"m not sure why he couldn't make straight 100% lamb sausage. I may have to revisit the idea with another butcher and see if he can make 100% lamb sausage. I also think I"ll try ground lamb next time.

I buy it at wholefoods ground lamb nothing added. I have a meatloaf recipe from wolfgang puck with lamb, beef,and pork.mushrooms cream etc He loves it that way. They sell 100% lamb sausage at the butcher onTchopatulas in N O I think it comes from grow farm. Pam

I don't think we have a whole foods in my area. I would love to buy some from there and try it.

Our processor mixed the ground deer 50/50 with beef. It's been good that way. I will have to ask them about lamb. I'm sure there are a lot of opinions on the subject.

I always had deer mixed with pork fat 80/20 it's very good. When I make lamb burgers
the ground lamb sticks together fine. Sometimes they grind it for me. They just grind boneless leg of lamb they don't trim any fat.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh no Terri, I'm so sorry to hear that. I loved seeing Peetey when I would visit. He was a handsome boy. I remember you telling me the story about Peetey. I'm so gald that he literally flew into your lives. Peetey had a very loving home. Now he has flown off into Parakeet Heaven.

This is why I buy organic or grass feed. I pay extra but the peace of mind is worth it to me. Pam
