We are a strange bunch here but loveable all the same. Do you have any birds yet? Good luck on the coop and build much bigger then you think you need...chicken math and all... Make sure there is at least 1' between the roost and the wall, and don't put it too close to the feeder (learned the hard way).

I'd like to apologize to all the new members who sent me their location, asking to be added to the list on the 1st page.
I haven't been able to edit that post since 2012! It seems like BYC doesn't let you edit really old posts.

So to hopefully fix the problem, I contacted a mod to see if they can remove the list.

What do you think about this idea about the location list. Instead of removing the list, couldn't you copy and paste and post it again including any new members. And since the posts are locked after a certain time frame, you could update it by copying and pasting it again at another time and adding new names as they contact you with their information. But then again, that could be time consuming. Just a thought.

Hey! Long time no see, huh? Haha I've been extremely busy these past couple of months. I rescued a neglected racehorse. She was EXTREMELY thin but now she's starting to put on some pounds! So that's what I have been up to.

And that is a good idea....But I don't know how often I can get on to update it. And I have about 60+ names to add to it.

Yes, please send me the code. I got an auto waterer I am going to set up. With the feeder, I'll be set. Right now I feed them with dog bowls. Haha.

Hey! Long time no see, huh?  Haha I've been extremely busy these past couple of months.  I rescued a neglected racehorse.  She was EXTREMELY thin but now she's starting to put on some pounds! So that's what I have been up to.

I'm close in Haughton. Same set up. Getting my dog kennel to be predator proof. Have my chickens coming March 27. Keep in touch. Would love more close buddies.
