Another lamb born last night. I went out yesterday evening and I noticed that the mama was acting stand off-ish, so I knew something was wrong. Well, today I go to the sheep pen to check on her and this is what I found. :D
:love You do nice work!
I wish that I could take credit for it but the mom and dad did it all. I just waited.

I knew that they could get money back at the cash register after purchasing 2 bags of skittles and use the money to get into "the club" and to use the money for drinks while at the club but I never imagined that they could get pedicures, manicures and unmentionables, along with a 10 lb sack of crawfish, potatoes and corn. I am so far behind on the Louisiana benefits. :idunno I guess I was so worried about my social security being available to me when I become "of age".

Hello everyone, my name is Troy, I'm a 40 y/o married father of a little 6 y/o girl. We live in Hammond, LA.

I was thinking of a new way to "entice" my daughter into focusing more on her school work. Luckily, she came up with the idea of some baby chicks (instead of the pony I said "no" to). So, in a few weeks, if she continues to maintain focus in school, we'll be adding some chickens to the family.

We have a 2" x 2" x 4" high cage with shelves and little ladders they can climb around on for when they get bigger than "peep" size, but also have some old rabbit cages I used to use for, well, rabbits.

So, this week, we'll get some food for them, just so she'll have something to look at, then the chicks (which I'm sure we'll get anyway, I have a hard time telling her "no", except for that pony).

There's our intro, wish us luck and we'll keep yall updated with some images as it comes together.

BTW, this website rocks. I've literally been checking it out for hours. When did i become so cool?

Welcome welcome!!!!! There are a bundle of us that log in daily, so ask, tell, learn, and teach! Glad to have ya! Oh and your ill girl is gonna LOVE chickens I bet! Best of luck!

So, THIS is why I haven't seen my Bantam hen lately... up in our walls...AGAIN!!!!! Least this time I know where they are, but when they hatch, it's a dead drop to the ground?! So now I'm nervous... Gonna have to watch/listen for them,
