Here is a better pic of the twins that look absolutely NOTHING alike. And it looks like I have been "LUCKY" to have ALL male newborns. Lucky me.:/

Hi Everyone I have heard from Celie Please keep her in your prayers she is having a hard time with her health and meds (thanks obama care). I think its a good sign that she answered but she still needs thoughts and love her way. Pam
Ours have the same problem. We'll check on them, they'll be doing fine and acting normal, and we'll come back a few hours later and one would be dead. I don't know if this will happen to all of them, but I'll let you know if my three remaining ones survive. Is there any way you could switch out chicks with some different ones (not tractor supply bantams for sure), or would she notice? I have no clue what they're dying from. They have no symptoms at all.
My girl is supposed to have a balloon sinu plasty todayShe got really sick though since her last appointment, so I am not sure if they will go through with it. It would not be good to be coughing when the DR is sticking that up your nose
She really wants to get it over with. We are all hoping this will slow down or stop her cycle of constantly getting sinus infections that sometimes goes into bronchitis. Prayers needed for my sickie.
Hope you all have a lovely day![]()
Im very disappointed in our local tractor supply. I've purchased and raised chicks from them many times, but for the first time I bought seven bantams for my little sister to raise. I'm down to two. They die off randomly, with no warning, even with save a chick in their water. I first thought they were smooshing each other, but that's not the case. My sister is heart broken and discouraged, though she did nothing wrong. The ducklings we bought at the same time are thriving, and a few chicks from a friend are fine as well. Just the bantams are dying, despite our best efforts. In the store, after going back in to tell them about my chicks, they said they're having the same problems, and that they had the problem last year. Then why stick to the same hatchery? :/ I'm dissapointed.
Beautiful pics. Even the pic of the food from the freezer looks delicious.![]()
There's no way I'm going to bring home any new babies with this going on. This is getting disturbing. 4 sudden deaths in one day with no warning is very alarming, especially since I lost an older feathered polish I hatched myself too.
That's the color of my coop with lime green checker board pattern on it.
