My iras are starting to bloom.
I had to butcher one of my chicken Nuggets today. I have never done it completely by myself. But this poor Nugget had gotten a gash on its backside behind its hip. It was long and the skin was really pulled apart. It just didn't seem right to leave it like thatPoor Nugget! I was nervous, because I didn't want to do it wrong. But I did it! And it all went so smooth and the Nugget was very peaceful actually. I think I will try to do the rest of them in the same way so they go off to freezerland in that same peaceful way.
It actually had a smaller cut on the other side, same place. None of the others have that. The only thing I can think of is that it must be trying to snuggle up under one of the others at night and it getting a sharp toenail raked down its side. They have plenty of room, but they still snuggle up close together.
