The one I got is like angelisi its a working flashlight it doesn't look like a taser. You do have to be close to tase them. I lost one of my austrlorps two days ago. To night one of my barred rocks is missing. I looked everywhere for feathers etc. No sign of her. With my australorpe at least there were feathers. :barnie Pam
 

Thanks, that's a very interesting piece.on caponizing. On Google Books they have old free books and several on caponizing. A very good thread is Graphic Pictures My Day of learning to caponize. Poco Pollo and Kassaundra are the experts. Poco is the one that runs the clinic for learning. But she is a teacher so I think everybody will have to wait until next spring. I was signed up

Good idea. I don't have any protection where I'm at. When family members are at work and I'm outside it would be nice to have a little something.

I've thought of getting pepper spray too. you can be so far away depending on which one you buy. At home I have my 2 German Shepards which will be gatting advanced training. We're trackers now I'd like to add protection to that.
I bet their is caponing guides on utube. Pam

We had a discussion once and I think Kuntrygirl discussed one you shoot that had a light on it so at night you could point the light and fire.

If you get pepper spray, get Freeze+P from a police supply. It is what the police use. Just drug store pepper spray won't stop anyone.

Pam, another youtube video is in spanish so you can't understand it but it shows what raising them are like and how round and stout they are.


This is just for your interest. Reading the long thread is sometimes too much. On the graphic pics I'd start at p. 105 and the new version pictures are on p 109. Hop in and chat. They love to talk.
